Dubai Government Introduces Initiative to Restart Failed Developments

Lead by the Dubai Land Department, the Tanmia initiative will look at projects that have been put on hold due to funding, and revise their legal, technical and financial aspects before allowing new investors or developers to take over the development. (Read more here).


UK Economic Growth Sluggish

Statistics show that the UK’s economy has only managed to grow by 0.1% between April and June; that’s 50% slower than predicted. (Read the report here).
