New Visa Scheme to Give Overseas Property Buyers Residency in the U.S.

This new scheme would offer overseas property buyers who spend over $500,000 on property in the U.S a residency visa. It is proposed that buyers would have to spend a minimum of $250,000 on their own residence but are then free to invest the rest in other residential projects, which can be rented out.
